1. Shipping & Restrictions

• Continental United States Only: Due to strict agricultural regulations, inspections, and shipping constraints regarding live plant materials, we only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We cannot ship internationally or to US territories.
• Shipping Windows: Because snowdrops are live bulbs, orders are collected and shipped at the optimal time for successful autumn planting.

2. Sales & Refund Policy

• All Sales Final: Due to the perishable nature of live bulbs and limited small-batch inventory, all sales are final once an order is processed and shipped.
• Order Adjustments: If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you if the order hasn’t reached the packing block yet.

3. Agricultural Growth & Liability Disclaimer

• No Bloom Guarantee: We take immense pride in cultivating robust, high-quality, and structurally healthy bulbs that are true to their botanical character. However, once a bulb is in the ground, nature takes over. Because we cannot control local soil conditions, planting depth, winter weather fluctuations, unexpected garden pests, or individual gardening practices, we cannot guarantee that your bulbs will bloom.
• Limitation of Liability: In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or incorrect, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific bulb(s).
