From the grower:
This graceful, tall yellow-marked snowdrop is another great find by artist John Morley. He calls it “the most exciting snowdrop to have originated in the garden here at North Green”. The bluish-gray leaves appear at right angles and augment the whiteness of the rounded outer segments of the flowers, which are highlighted by the radiantly golden inner segments.
It is a color change snowdrops in that the flowers open with green inner markings but gradually turn to an egg-yolk yellow. Also, the silken pedicel connecting the flower to the ovary appears to be brushed with gold. In my woodland garden the color is as rich as in the open garden and flowers late in the snowdrop season.
