This vigorous snowdrop was given to Avon Bulbs from bulb specialist Ray Cobb who had it himself from Ron Ginns. It flowers from early March in my garden with markings similar to G. Lapwing, yet this one flowers a month later. As you can see in the photos, it is easy and vigorous forming tight showy clumps. This is considered to be a different bulb than G. plicatus ‘Ron Ginns’, and is a subspecies of G. plicatus.
